News 12: 4 new child care centers set to open across The Bronx

News 12 visited Pelham Parkway Child and Family Center for a behind-the-scenes look at the first of 4 new Head Start Centers opening in the Bronx later this year. The new centers will help to address the dire need for center-based preschools in the borough which has the least access to child care in New York City.
