Our new Head Start programs give children a high-quality education at no cost while supporting parents with family engagement workshops, health and nutrition support, job training, and financial services. In 1916, Grand St. Settlement’s founder, Rose Gruening’s special recipe to support children and families on the Lower East Side was created. Those same ingredients go into Grandi-O’s today to make sure that preschoolers and parents in New York City are served a high-quality product.
